Working Together
When working together, I would assess your current medical conditions alongside your lifestyle and self-care routines through a series of pre-questionnaires and a consultation in order to identify the imbalances that may have gone unnoticed. Looking at these details, I will be able to analyse how they are contributing to your health conditions and start creating steps that are non-invasive to well-being so that you can begin to self-manage the illness over time.
During our sessions and recommendations, you will never be asked or prompted to change or stop taking your prescribed medication, nor will you be asked to go against your doctor’s or consultant’s advice or treatment. We will work alongside any medical advice or treatment given to you so you can get the most for your health and well-being.
The outcome will be determined by how committed and focused you are to taking charge of your health and well-being. I only ask that you be open-minded about suggestions and practices you may be unfamiliar with or sceptical of. Physical, mental, emotional, Biofield and spiritual health can be achieved with time and patience.
Looking at emotional pain
Often our emotional pain is not considered when we look at the physical manifestations of health conditions. A Holistic approach understands that underlying emotional imbalances in our lives take a huge toll on our health. Whether that’s stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loss or any negative emotion that’s continually affecting our lives. The absence of a physical injury does not mean that we feel no pain. In fact, our emotional injuries can result in severe physical pain if left untreated.
Whilst conventional healthcare has made enormous advances in treating long-term conditions, often the medicines we are given only target the symptoms of illness, overlooking the source of the issue, of which there can be multiple. A course of conventional treatment can provide us with some relief, but over time, further issues can arise as the medications wear on the body’s organs and systems and our tolerance builds, often creating the need for increased dosages and self-medicated purchases.
This is where a holistic approach to health can help. Holistic health isn’t about working against conventional solutions like pharmaceuticals or doctor-approved treatments. It’s about looking deeper and wider into what’s happening to us. It’s about looking at the whole person and seeing what sometimes goes unnoticed.

Looking at the Human Biofield
Supported by the NHS, one important component of health that is often overlooked is the Biofield system which offers a wider perspective on your health. This supplements the healthy lifestyle and self-care practices through holistic health and further enhances your well-being, and immune health, helps manage pain, daily stress, and anxiety, and builds more emotional resilience to further health issues and life’s challenges.
Holistic practice serves as a bridge between conventional treatment and the huge array of factors that play into a person’s health and well-being. Whether that’s their emotional and mental health, their environmental circumstances, their nutrition and diet or their biofield (the human energetic system). A holistic approach can help you to take back control of your health, helping you to not only improve your current conditions but help prevent further illnesses in the future.
